Ingredients to make Dhania wale Aalu

  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 1 cup fresh coriander
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 onion chop
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 spoon jeera
  • 1 spoon ajwain
  • 1 spoon kasuri methi
  • 1 spoon mustard seed
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 sp coriander powder
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1/2 spoon oregano seasonings

How to make Dhania wale Aalu

  1. Firstly chop the onion and green chilli.
  2. Take a pan put oil into it then add Jeera and mustard seed sautey one minute
  3. Then add onion, green chilli and garlic sautey again one minute.
  4. Then add potatoes into it and mix all ingredients.
  5. Then add coriander leaves and mix them.
  6. Now sprinkle salt,coriander powder and oregano seasonings
  7. Serve hot

My Tip:

You can also use methi leaves.
