Ingredients to make EGG DO PYAZA

  • Hard boiled eggs - 4
  • onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Finely sliced onion - 1 onion
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves - 2 - 3
  • cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  • cardamom - 2 - 3
  • Whole black pepper - 2 - 3
  • Thick curd - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp

How to make EGG DO PYAZA

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add hard boiled eggs and strain it.
  3. Heat oil in the same pan.
  4. Fry the sliced onion and strain it and keep aside.
  5. In the same oil add whole garam masala to crackle.
  6. Add onion and ginger garlic paste ans saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  7. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  8. Add curd and salt and mix well.
  9. Add half cup of water.
  10. When water comes to boil add boiled eggs and mix well.
  11. Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves.
