ABOUT Desi mad angles RECIPE

A crunchy munchy snack for small hunger pangs.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour.
  2. 1 cup rajgira flour.
  3. 1 tbsp coarsely crushed black pepper.
  4. 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. 1 tbsp kasuri Methi.
  7. Water as required.
  8. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Now add water and prepare a dough( normal as you prepare for parathas).
  3. Make small balls of the dough.
  4. Roll them into a roti (little thick than the regular chapatis).
  5. Cut the edges with the knife to make a square.
  6. Now cut them into 2 cm size strips. Now cut them in such a way that you get triangles out of them.
  7. With the help of knife or fork make pricks so they don't fluff while frying.
  8. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  9. Once heated start frying these triangles on medium flame till they turn golden.
  10. Once done remove them on a absorbent paper.
  11. Sprinkle some chat masala (optional)
  12. Ready to eat
