Ingredients to make SheerKhurma

  • 1/2 Cup Vermicilli
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 1/4 tsp elaichi Powder
  • Few saffron strands
  • 2 tsp Soaked sabudana
  • sugar as needed
  • 1/2 Cup Ground cashews and Almonds
  • 2 tsp Chopped Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Milkmaid

How to make SheerKhurma

  1. Soak Sabudana in water for 30 mins and keep aside.
  2. Roast Vermicilli in ghee until golden.
  3. Add Milk, Elaichi Powder, Kesar strands, Soaked sabudana and sugar.
  4. Add powdered Cashews and Almonds powder & cook on low flame until it starts thickening.
  5. Add 1/2 cup milkmaid..simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with chopped nuts sprinkled on top.

My Tip:

If you want thin..add more milk... If u want thick ..then cook a little more or add more dry fruits.. I prefer medium consistency
