Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fenugreek seeds 1 tablespoon
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
  3. Cardamon 1
  4. Chinnamon 1
  5. Clove 2
  6. Red Chilli 2
  7. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  8. Saffron 1
  9. Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Onion 2
  14. Tomato 1
  15. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  16. Water 1/2 cup
  17. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  18. Nutmeg little amount
  19. Butter beans 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Grind coconut,fenugreek seeds,nutmeg,black pepper and keep aside
  2. Grind coriander seeds and set aside
  3. In pressure cooker add butter beans and water .Wait for 3 whistles
  4. In pan,apply oil and add cloves,cinnamon,cardamon,cumin seeds.
  5. Then Saute onion till golden brown.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste.wait for 2 min and then add tomato
  7. Now add salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,coriander powder
  8. Mix well.After 5 min add little water.let it allow for boil.
  9. Add cooked butter beans in it.wait for 5 min.now add coconut paste.
  10. Add little water and boil it till it get thick consistency.
  11. Now butter beans gravy is ready to serve
