Kashmiri kahwa is a traditional kashmiri tea which is flavored with various spices like cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,saffron and black pepper.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 tsp green tea (kashmiri)
  2. 2 Clove
  3. 3-4 black pepper crushed
  4. 2 cardamom crushed
  5. 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
  6. 5-6 saffron strands
  7. 1 tsp chopped almonds
  8. 1/2 tsp dry rose petals
  9. 1 tsp honey
  10. 4 cup water


  1. In a pan or in a bowl heat water on medium flame.
  2. Add green tea , saffron ,cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cardamom and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add rose petals.
  4. Switch off the heat and strain kahwa in 3 cups.
  5. Add honey, almond and saffron. Mix and serve hot.
