Methi haldi pak have many health benefits .but some times because of its bitter taste people don't want to eat it .but today i m disclosing my dadi's secret recipe .now u will enjoy this methi pak without bitterness ,even kids also like this pak . Very healthy pag recipe .good for winters and very good for lactating women

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl methidana
  2. 4 cups Milk
  3. 1/2cup turmeric powder
  4. 2bowl whole wheat flour
  5. 1bowl dry fruits chopped
  6. 1/2bowl blackpepper powder
  7. 5table spoon cumin powder
  8. 5 table spoon ajwain
  9. 5 table spoon dry Ginger powder
  10. 2 table spoon pipapli
  11. 1bowl gond
  12. 4 bowl jaggery
  13. 1 bowl sugar
  14. 5 cups Clarified ghee

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add milk and methi dana Soak overnight .
  2. In the morning take a wok add ghee in it and roast methi dana in it . Grind in mixer keep aside.
  3. Take another wok add ghee and flour init .And roast till golden.
  4. Take another wok add all dry spices and roast little and Grind in mixer.
  5. Add another wok add ghee and roast gond in it. And crush it with hands .
  6. Now take a wok add gaggery and sugar in it with 2 cup ghee and melt it .When it starts melting keep stirring .
  7. Add all dry and wet ingredients mix well add chopped dry fruits .
  8. Grease a tray pour all mixture in it . Allow to cool .Cut it required shapes .Eat with warm milk .
  9. Enjoy winter .
