Here’s a simple, Sago dessert which can be consumed guilt free. It’s healthy,sugarfree and dairy free providing the right nutrients

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gms Sago washed, cleaned and strained
  2. 50 ml thin almond milk
  3. 50 ml thin coconut milk
  4. 2 tbsn jaggery
  5. A pinch of salt
  6. 20 gms chopped mixed fruits

Instructions

  1. Combine almond and coconut milk in a saucepan/ wok
  2. Bring it to boil on Low heat by mixing the jaggery and salt
  3. Next add the Sago and mix well and bring the mix to boil by increasing the heat now
  4. reduce heat and let Sago cook.keep stirring occasionally to Ensure the Sago do not stick to the bottom of the pan
  5. Let cool after done.
  6. Serve at room temperature or chilled topped with chopped fruits. Enjoy!
