Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. paneer 300grm
  2. capsicum chopped- 1(medium)
  3. onion chopped - 2(medium)
  4. ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  5. tomato chopped - 2(small)
  6. cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  7. turmeric powder - ⅓ tsp
  8. Red Chilli powder- ¾ tsp
  9. cumin powder - ⅓ tsp
  10. coriander powder - ⅓ tsp
  11. Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp
  12. tomato ketchup - 1½ tsp
  13. salt for taste
  14. Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
  15. coriander leaves for garnish


  1. Turn on the flame and heat a pan, once pan is heated add oil.
  2. Once oil s heated add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds on a medium flame.
  3. Add onions and fry onions for a minute on medium flame.
  4. Once onion are fried, lower the flame add ginger garlic paste, mix well and cook it for 1/2 min.
  5. Now add all spices: turmeric, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well. Cover the pan and cook it for a min in low flame.
  6. Open the lid and stir the mixture, now add tomatoes (or you can add tomato puree), mix well add salt then cover the pan and cook till tomatoes turn soft.
  7. Once tomatoes are soft add capsicum raise the flame to medium. Add tomato ketchup mix it. Cook it for 3min.
  8. Now add paneer, mix it gently and cook it for 3-4 minutes covering with lid. Finally add garam masala powder, toss it add coriander leaves for garnish off the flame. Ready to serve.
