  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tsp red chilly powder
  • oil for Deep frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Crispy diamond cuts

  1. IN 2 CUPS FLOUR, ADD 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER & SALT AS DESIRED.
  2. MIX WELL.
  3. ADD 2 TBSP HOT OIL.
  4. MIX WELL.
  5. ADD WATER AS REQUIRED.
  6. KNEAD WELL WITH OIL TO FORM A TIGHT DOUGH.
  7. DUST IT WITH WHEAT FLOUR & ROLL OUT A LARGE CHAPATI.
  8. CUT VERTICALLY & THEN DIAGONALLY.
  9. DEEP FRY UNTIL CRISP & GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE HOT OR LET COOL & STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
