Ingredients to make Mini Fishy fry

  • Fish 500 gm
  • salt 1 tsp
  • chilli pd 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice of half a lemon
  • Handful of kadipatha

How to make Mini Fishy fry

  1. Clean and wash the fish well and dry it with napkins Take a wide plate and mix all your masala and marinate for abt fifteen mins
  2. Heat oil in a flat pan and gently lower the fish with a fork.
  3. Cook on slow flame tossing to the opp side after some time.
