ABOUT Suji Appam RECIPE

An easy way to make a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup suji [semolina]
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. Salt
  4. 1 sachet eno.
  5. 1/4tsp mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Make a thick batter with semolina and curd.
  2. Add salt
  3. Put mustard seeds and oil.
  4. Keep for five minutes
  5. Grease the appam pan.
  6. Add eno to the batter and stir well.
  7. Put 1 tsp better in each cavity of the appam pan.
  8. Turn.it
  9. Cook till brown on both sides.
