ABOUT Baked Flower Corn Samosa RECIPE

Samosa is one of the most popular and favorite snack. Everyone loves it. The samosas are stuffed with potato and then deep-fried. I have baked them instead of frying them.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tbsp
  3. Ghee 1 tbsp
  4. Water as required
  5. Potato 2 boiled
  6. Onion 1 chopped
  7. Corn 1/2 katori
  8. Red chilli 1/2 tbsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  10. Chat masala 1 tbsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  12. Paneer 50 gm
  13. Cloves. 4

Instructions

  1. Put maida in a bowl. Add salt, ghee and mix it then add water and make a dough.
  2. Cover it with wet cloth and leave it for 20 minutes.
  3. Mash the potato and paneer in a bowl. Add onion, corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, chat masala, Coriander powder, red chilli and mix all well.
  4. Divide the maida dough in equal part. Take one roll and roll it with rolling pin.
  5. Turn the little bit corners from all four sides and make square. Press all the cornes with the fork and turn it.
  6. In the middle put 1 tbsp of mixture and join all the 4 corners in the middle and lock it with 1 clove.
  7. Greese the baking tray, place the flower samosa and brush with oil.
  8. Put in pre heat microwave for 5 minutes. Served with green chutney.
