A very healthy soup made with black gram which are full of proteins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup black chana
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 2carrot
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the chana over night in water.
  2. Strain and boil the chana with carrot, onion, salt and required amount of water.
  3. Cook 10 minutes after 1 whistle on simmer
  4. Open and strain it
  5. Add black pepper
  6. Sip hot.
