Ingredients to make Black chana tangy soup

  • Black chana 1/2cup soaked and boiled along. With its stock
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger 1 tablespoon chopped
  • cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • Dry mango powder 1teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 powder teaspoon
  • ghee 2 tablespoon
  • butter 2 tablespoon

How to make Black chana tangy soup

  1. Add ghee to a pan add cumin seeds and chopped onion and ginger. Saute it.
  2. When it changes its colour add boiled chana and stock. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt , black pepper powder and dry mango powder.
  3. After 5 minutes put this to a mixer and make a smooth puree.
  4. Now heat butter in a pan and add soup. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Your soup id is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can skip butter.
