ABOUT Begun pora (eggplant roast) RECIPE

An easy recipe of baingan bharta, that can be served with some roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggplant - 1, large
  2. Onion - 1, large, finely chopped
  3. Ginger - 1 tbsp
  4. Green chili - 2, finely chopped
  5. Mustard oil - 3-4 tbsp
  6. Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash eggplant & roast it in open flame for 10 min, on high. Insert a knife to check it's done or not
  2. Cool it, remove the skin
  3. Smash the eggplant & mix with other ingredients
  4. Can add more or less mustard oil
