ABOUT Paneer ka parantha RECIPE

I love paneer and it is a very versatile thing to eat, so this time i made some parathas using it. Follow this easy recipe to make these at home for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup mashed paneer
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 green chilly
  4. salt
  5. 1/4 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  6. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  7. oil


  1. Chop the onion and green chillies. Mix in the paneer.
  2. Add salt and cumin seeds , mix them well.
  3. Now knead a dough using wheat flour, salt and required amount of water.
  4. Now divide the dough into eqaul parts, stuff each part with the paneer filling, reshape them to form roundels. Flatten them to form the parathas.
  5. Roast them on a hot tawa, add little oil and cook them on both sides and serve hot.

You can also add some chopped coriander leaves.
