Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg fresh coriender leaves
  2. 1/2 kg fresh green chillies
  3. 1/2 round dry coconut grate with grater
  4. 250 grams garlic peeled nd finally chopped
  5. 250 grams Ginger peeled nd finally chopped
  6. 50 grams khuskhus
  7. 100 grams til ( seseme seeds)
  8. Salt acording to ur taste 1/1/2 spoon
  9. turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  10. Red chilli powder as per ur taste if u like spicy u can add 1/2 spoon
  11. Kala masala its traditional masala 1/2 spoon
  12. Oil 2 big spoon
  13. Now for the cover u need
  14. 1/2 kg gram flour
  15. Some salt ,turmeric, red chili nd water to make dough nd one ow two lemon nd oil fot frying

Instructions

  1. First step dry roast for one to two min till it become lil bworn in colour seseme seeds and khuskhus and grind it in mixer
  2. Second step dry roast dry dedicated coconut and keep aside
  3. Third step take finally chopped ginger garlic and saute it in hot oil till lil brown in colour
  4. Now take finally chopped green chillies and mix with garlic and ginger
  5. Cook till raw taste go away
  6. Put turmeric powder
  7. Red chilli
  8. Salt
  9. Now giv gud mix
  10. Add seseme and khuskhus powder
  11. Then after two mins add dry roasted coconut
  12. Ur filling is ready
  13. Now for covering take gram flour nd add some salt turmeric and red chili make normal dough
  14. Give ten min time to set
  15. Then toll like chapati not much thin otherwise it will break in oil
  16. Then fill with hands all side on chapati
  17. Then roll one side
  18. If I don't like much spicy u can put some lemon juice on chapati before filling this masala
  19. Now join end by ends
  20. Now cut it in peices and Fry in low flame till crispy
