Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ghee 1/2 kg
  2. Wheatflour 1/2 kg
  3. Samolina 1/4kg
  4. Sugar 1 kg
  5. Sauth 100gms
  6. Dryfruits

Instructions

  1. Take kadai and transfer ghee to it. Add flour to it and mix it well.Roast untill get leaves flour
  2. Take ghee in another pan just to fry sauth .take it out and blend it when cool
  3. Take samolina and mix with flour. Roast it for half and hr.Continious mix.take off flame ,mix all dry crushed nuts such as raisins cashews almonds and dry grated coconut. Make ladoo when it gets cool
