Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Carrot 2kg
  2. Milk 1 ltr
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Cardamon powder 1tbsp
  5. Almonds 8

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a saucepan, simmer and reduce till it is half the quantity.
  2. Now add the grated carrots.
  3. Add cardamom powder
  4. Cook for 7 minutes on a medium flame
  5. Add sugar & stir continuously.
  6. Add chopped almonds
  7. Cook for 6 minutes on a medium flame
  8. Your halwa is ready
