Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawns - 10-12
  2. Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic - 4 cloves crushed
  4. Butter - 1 tbsp
  5. Cracked Pepper to seasoning
  6. Oregano for seasoning
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water - 3 cups
  9. Chopped coriander leaves to garnish


  1. In a pan add the butter and brown the crushed garlic and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan add the chopped garlic and saute for a min.
  3. Add the prawns, season with salt, oregano, cracked peppercorns and saute for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add water, bring to boil and cook for 5-6 mins.
  5. Garnished with cracked peppercorns, brown garlic and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
