Ingredients to make Owl cookies

  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • ¼ cup sugar powdered
  • ¼ cup butter unsalted
  • 8 - 10 almonds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 20 pcs choco chips
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence

How to make Owl cookies

  1. Beat butter and sugar and add vanilla essence.
  2. Sieve all purpose flour and corn flour.
  3. In a bowl add flour and butter sugar paste. Now make dough.
  4. Now roll it.
  5. Cut the round cookies.
  6. Now make small balls for eyes.
  7. Chopped almonds for nose and legs.
  8. Arrange small balls eyes on cookies .
  9. Now arrange one one choco chips on each eyes .
  10. Now arrange chopped almonds for nose and legs.
  11. Make wings with the help of knife and sprinkle some choco powder on it.
  12. In a preheated oven baked it for 8 - 10 minutes on 180°c.
  13. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  14. Now our crispy Owl cookies are ready to serve.
