ABOUT VEG KAKORI KEBAB'S RECIPE

Kakori kababs are made with meat but I have tried it by replacing the meat with veggies, and they came out absolutely delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl green peas,
  2. 1/2 bowl cauliflower,
  3. 3 boiled potatoes,
  4. 3 green chilies,
  5. 1 inch ginger,
  6. 6 cloves garlic,
  7. 1 tsp black pepper,
  8. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  9. Handful of coriander leaves chopped
  10. Bowl of breadcrumbs
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Wash veggies and pat them try with kitchen towel, as there must be no moisture in them.
  2. Now grind all ingredients except breadcrumbs & oil
  3. Remove in mixing bowl and add half breadcrumbs, mix well.
  4. Shape in cylindrical & keep aside
  5. Spread breadcrumbs in plate and roll kebabs in it
  6. Deep fry them till golden brown color and serve hot with sauce or chutney
