Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ingredients For dough-
  2. Maida - 2up
  3. Salt - 1/2tsp
  4. Ajwain -1/4 tsp
  5. Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
  6. Water (cold) - 1/2 cup
  7. For filling-- Boiled potatoes - 2-3
  8. Peas - 1/2cup
  9. Ginger paste -1 tsp
  10. Chopped chilli -1tsp
  11. Red chiili, haldi, dhaniya powder, gram masala - all 1tsp
  12. Hing - 1pinch
  13. Salt to taste
  14. green coriander
  15. Oil for samosi fry..


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make it a hard dough .
  2. Then leave rest for 30 mins.
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil.
  4. Then fry coriander seeds , ginger paste nd green chilli in it.
  5. Nw add turmeric powder, coriander powder, gram masala , asafodita and green coriander and mix it well. Ready to filling..
  6. After 30 mins dough it ready.
  7. Nw cut d dough in some parts.
  8. Then take a look like a roti.
  9. Then cut off frm the middle.
  10. Then put a little water on the corners and give the shape of samosa.
  11. Then fill the filling inside it.
  12. Then put a little water and shut it down.
  13. Then all samosi keep aside.
  14. nw take a other pan add oil and heat it.
  15. When the oil becomes hot then add samosi and fry in it.
  16. Now u have to reduce the heat.
  17. Fry samosi on a light flame.
  18. When samosi colour begins to be golden brown then it is ready..
  19. Ready to hot small samosa.. Serve with sauce or chatni..
