Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chowmein packets --3(small)
  2. Prawn --300gms
  3. Onions(medium size)--2
  4. Capsicum --1(half chopped)
  5. Green chillies --4(chopped)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Soya sauce --2 tblspns
  8. Vinegar --1 tblspn
  9. Chilli sauce --1 tblspn
  10. Tomato sauce --4 tblspns
  11. Sugar --2 tblspns
  12. Soyabean oil --4 tblspns(to cook)
  13. Water
  14. Turmeric powder --2 tblspns

Instructions

  1. Take the prawns and coat with turmeric powder and salt
  2. Add the soyabean oil in a pan(6 tblspns) and add the prawns to it
  3. When it becomes mild fry then take them out of the oil
  4. Add 4 tblspns of oil in it again to cook onions, capsicum and the green chillies
  5. Stir it till it gets little fry
  6. When the three ingredients become light red in color, add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce into it
  7. Add salt
  8. Add 2 tblspns of sugar, and then water
  9. When the (jhol) water becomes little add the chowmein into it
  10. Stir it till all the ingredients becomes one
  11. When finished turn off the gas and serve hot
