Take a glass bowl and add butter , maida, milk,curd , pinch of baking soda , salt and mix the like a chapati dough and keep it a side
Take the dry dates and soak it overnight and remove seeds and grind them into a fine paste
Take a pan and add ghee finely chopped dry fruits and coconut and mix them and fry them
Now add the grind date paste and fry them it till becomes thick paste and add the sugar and mix well till it does not sticks to the pan now add the chocolates and switch off the flame keep it aside and let it cool completely
Take another pan and add water and sugar and cardamom powder and lemon and boil them till it becomes one string
Now take the prepared stuffing and make them into balls
Now take the dough and roll like a chapati and keep the stuffing and add another layer of chapathi and do as the picture shown now deep fry them in oil
And take out them and add them in the sugar syrup and take out and serve them with choco ice cream
