In winter fresh methi saag are available,I prepared a nee receipe in my style keema chicken with methi, it's really yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/3 cup Chicken keema
  2. 1 onion medium size grinded
  3. 1/3 cup Methi saag cut into small pieces
  4. 3/4 Green chillies
  5. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  6. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  7. 1/2 piece tomato
  8. 3/4 Bay leaves
  9. 1/2 tablespoon garom masala
  10. 1 tablespoon salt
  11. 1/2 tablespoon turmic powder


  1. Keema ,methi sash, green chillies,bay leaves in pictures
  2. Half of ingredients in pictures
  3. Take a kodai add oil ,cumin seeds, green chillies,,garlic stir it.
  4. Add onion, tomatoes, turmic powder,stir it.
  5. Add ginger,methi saag stir it for 5/6 minutes.
  6. Add cumin and coriander powder stir it well
  7. Add keema stir it for 10/12 minutes.
  8. Add 1/2 tablespoon salt stir it.
  9. Now add garom masala and remove it.
  10. Keep it on a plate and serve it with paratha or rice,
