Ingredients to make Roasted veg sandwitch with crumb

  • 4 slice of regular bread(for making healthier you can use brown bread)
  • 2 medium boiled potato
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cheese slice
  • 3-4 bakarwadies
  • 2 tablespoon sev
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely crusted roasted peanut
  • 2 teaspoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoon myonise/peanut butter/any sauce you like /green chutney for spread
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumen seeds
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  • salt as per your taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon water

How to make Roasted veg sandwitch with crumb

  1. Firstly for making filling Mash boiled potatoes
  2. Heat oil in the pan&add cumen seeds&hing
  3. Add mashed potatoes
  4. Add amchur powder,salt,sugar,garam masala &mix well
  5. Add 4 tablespoon water &cook it for 1-2 minutes untill water dries off
  6. Filling is ready now
  7. For making crumb coarsely crush bakarwadies&mix with sev &peanut crush
  8. Now heat the nonstick tawa and quickly roast the bread slice from sides do not roast till colour change
  9. Now spread your choice of spread(chutney /myonise/sauce/butter)on two slice of bread
  10. Apply filling of potato approx 2 tablespoon
  11. Put crumb & pomegranate seeds on filling &gently press by hand
  12. Keep 1 cheese slice on each
  13. Cover it by another bread slice
  14. Now put ghee on nonstick tawa and and roast from both sides till golden brown
  15. While roasting press it gently
  16. Cut diagonally &serve with sauce or as it is

For making healthier make the filling of green moong/rajma /any vegetable
