Chilli Fish

Ingredients to make Chilli Fish

  • 300 gms boneless fish( bite sized pieces)
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tbsp tomato chilly sauce
  • 1tsp red chilly sauce
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 egg white
  • 4tbsp corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup julienned capsicum and red bell pepper
  • 4green chillies slit lengthwise and deseeded
  • oil for frying
  • 1 Cup water

How to make Chilli Fish

  1. MARINATE 300 GMS BONELESS FISH WITH 1 EGG WHITE, SALT, PEPPER, 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  2. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, KEEP ASIDE
  3. MIX 4 TBSP WATER WITH 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  4. MIX 2 TBSP EACH OF SOYA SAUCE & TOMATO CHILLI SAUCE
  5. HEAT 1 TBSP SESAME & 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL, SAUTE 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP BEANS & CARROTS, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINS
  7. ADD SALT AND 1 TSP VINEGAR, MIX
  8. ADD SAUCES, 1 CUP WATER
  9. ADD THE CORNFLOUR SLURRY, BRING TO A BOIL
  10. ADD FRIED FISH
  11. COVER & COOK FOR 3 MINS
  12. WHEN GRAVY TURNS THICK, TAKE OFF HEAT
  13. SERVE HOT
