Today , Christmas day ,so I prepared marble cake with methi saag ,frist time I made it ,its healthy and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/3 cup white flour
  2. 1/4 cup oil( white)
  3. 100 gm methi saag
  4. 4/5 pieces spinach
  5. 4/5 cardamom
  6. 1pinch fruit colour
  7. 1/3 cup suger
  8. 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  9. 1 egg


  1. All ingredients in pictures.
  2. Take mixture grinder add suger,egg,cardamom
  3. Keep it in a bowl
  4. Add flour,baking powder mix it well.
  5. Now add methi saag and spinach grind it.
  6. Take it another bowl methi saag mixture and add also half part of those flour mixture.
  7. Another part of the mixture add red colour .
  8. Take a bowl and grease it.add green mixture ,then add red mixture.
  9. Add the other mixture step by step.
  10. Keep it in a cooker,and cover it for 20 minutes with low flame.
  11. After that remove it.
  12. Now serve it with santa
