Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Khoya-250gm
  2. Paneer-100gm
  3. All purpose flour -3tablespoons
  4. Baking soda -a pinch
  5. Sugar-600gm
  6. Cardamom powder -1/4teaspoon
  7. Water-2 cup
  8. Crushed pistachios- 1tablespoons
  9. Clarified butter For fry

Instructions

  1. First take all purpose flour, paneer, khoya in a flat surface plate and mash with your palm till you get smooth dough without crack.
  2. Now add baking soda and mix well.
  3. Now make medium size ball with dough make sure that there is no crack on balls.
  4. Heat water in a pan add sugar and bring it to boil till u get one thread consistency.
  5. Add cardamom powder and switch off the flam.
  6. Now heat clarified butter in a wok.
  7. Now fry the balls on slow flam till brown in colour..
  8. When they are evenly fried take them out in sugar syrup. Rest for 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with pistachios .
