    • 1 bowl leftover gobhimatar
    • 2 leftover roti
    • 2 tbsp ghee for roast
    • 1/2 tbsp chatmasala
    • Sliced capsicum

    How to make Kathi rolls

    1. Take roti ..
    2. Leftover roti add gobhi matar and sliced capsicum.
    3. Roast in tawa by adding ghee.
    4. Make rolls and close with toothpicks.. spread chat masala.
