Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady finger -1/2kg.
  2. Potato- 3
  3. Red chilly powder- 1teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder- 2teaspoon
  5. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garlic powder- 1/4teaspoon
  8. Dry mango powder- 1/2teaspoon
  9. Fennal seeds powder- 1/2teaspoon
  10. Garam masala- 1/2teaspoon
  11. Oil-2tablespoons


  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into round shape pieces.
  2. Wash wipe dry and cut the both ends of okra.
  3. Slit each bhindi vertical without breaking or cutting into two halfs.
  4. Take all spices and salt in bowl and mix well.
  5. Fill each bhindi with spices mix.
  6. Coat the potato pieces in spices mixture.
  7. Now heat oil in a wok.
  8. Add stuffed bhindi and potato pieces.
  9. Mix once so oil gets coated.
  10. Now cover with lid and cook on low flam till done.
