Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour-1 cup
  2. Gramflaur- 1/4 cup
  3. Semolina- 2tablespoons
  4. Dry fenugreek leaves Powder-2teaspoon
  5. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Asafoetida- 1 pinch
  8. Oil-2tablespoons (for moyan) + for frying

Instructions

  1. Sieve wheat flour and gramflaur together and mix well.
  2. Now add semolina.
  3. Now add all spices.
  4. Now add oil (moyan) and mix well
  5. Now knead a tight dough with water and keep it for 5minuts.
  6. After resting the dough make small size ball with dough and roll them with rolling pin and make small size pooris.
  7. Now heat oil in a wok.
  8. Now deep fry the pooris till brown.
