Paneer stir fry

Ingredients to make Paneer stir fry

  • paneer cubes 200 gm
  • Big sized onion 2
  • tomato flesh removed 1
  • capsicum 1 small
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • pepper powder a pinch
  • chilly powder 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • garlic finely cut 4 cloves
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • sugar a pinch
  • salt to taste
  • Veg oil 2 tbsp
  • Corriander leaves to garnish

How to make Paneer stir fry

  1. Marinate the paneer cubes with ginger garlic paste, some salt, 1/2 tsp chilly powder and pepper powder,
  2. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of veg oil. Then add the marinated paneer cubes and shallow fry for 3 mins.
  3. Remove the paneer from the pan. Add the remaing oil, then add garlic, onion and saute for 2 mins.
  4. Next, add capsicum and tomato and saute again for 1 min. Aslo add the remaining chilli powder.
  5. Add soya sauce, vinegar salt and sugar. Stir it well together.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
