Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green moong-2 cup boil
  2. Onion- 3 fine chopped
  3. Tomato- 2 fine chopped
  4. Ginger green chilly paste- 2teaspoon
  5. Dry mango powder- 1/2teaspoon
  6. Red chilly powder-1/2teaspoon
  7. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil-2tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add ginger green chilly paste and saute for a minute.
  3. Now add chopped onion and saute till light pink in colour.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soften.
  5. Now add all spices and salt.
  6. Now add boil moong and mix well.
  7. Now cover with lid and cook on slow flam for 2 minutes.
