Ingredients to make Masala Puri With Moong Bhaji

  • For masala Puri:-
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • red chilli powder 1/2tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/3 tbsp
  • salt to taste.
  • Dey kasori methi 1tbsp
  • Warm milk
  • For Moong bhaji:-
  • 1 cup moong (soak overnight)
  • red chilli powder 1tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1/2tbsp
  • salt to taste.
  • Corriender powder 1tbsp
  • Asfotiedea 1 pinch
  • Corriender leaf
  • cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • oil for fry

How to make Masala Puri With Moong Bhaji

  1. Take a bowl mix all puri ingredients &knead dough
  2. Put moong into pressure cooker cook till 2 whistle
  3. Heat a pan add oil 4tbsp add pinch of hing, cumin seeds
  4. Add green chilli
  5. Saute 1 min in medium flame
  6. Add boil moong &spices.
  7. Add 1 cup water &cook 4 minutes in medium flame
  8. Garnish with corriender
  9. Heat oil for puri. Make small ball from dough ,roll it &fry it

My Tip:

You can add tomatoo
