Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For masala puri:-
  2. Wheat 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Dry kasori methi
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  6. 1/2tbsp turmeric
  7. Carom seeds1 tbsp
  8. Oil for puri
  9. For moong:-
  10. 1 cup overnight soak moong
  11. Oil 5 tbsp
  12. Asofoteida 1 pinch
  13. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  14. Turmeric 1/2tbsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  17. Corriender powder 2 tbsp
  18. Dry mango powder 1/2tbsp


  1. Knead a soft dough for this add all puri ingredients.
  2. In a pan add oil for moong ,cumin seed, pinch of hung&all spices.add 1 cup water
  3. Cook moong in cooker for 2 whistle
  4. After 2 whistle check it
  5. Add moong in pan.cook 5 minutes in medium flame.
  6. Heat oil for puri, take a portion of dough roll it &fry it.
  7. Your Masala puri&moong is ready
