Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Half kilogram cauliflower
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt per taste
  7. Red pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Whole wheat flour 3 cups
  10. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take the flour in a pot
  2. Add little salt
  3. Make a soft dough with water
  4. Wash and Grated cauliflower
  5. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger
  6. Add all the spices
  7. Now roll a small portion of flour dough
  8. Fill 2 tablespoons of cauliflower mixture in it
  9. Close it neatly
  10. Now roll the parantha
  11. Put on a flat pan tava
  12. Sprinkle oil on both side
  13. Shallow fry from both side till golden
  14. Serve with raita or chutney of your choice or pickle
