Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked chickpeas 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Onions chopped 1/4 cup
  4. sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Garlic cloves 6
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cumin and coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  9. Asafoedita pinch
  10. Eno pinch
  11. Lemon drops
  12. Refine flour 2 tblspoon

Instructions

  1. Take mixer grinder pot.Add chickpeas,corriander leaves,garlic and chopped onions
  2. Add alldry powder to it(salt pepper hing cumin and corriander powder)
  3. Blend it.Add flour ,eno, sesame seeds and lemon drops and mix it well.Make tikki with no cracks
  4. Take pan.heat oil and fry it from both side till it gets brown and crispy
