- besan 2 cup
- Sour curd 1 cup
- salt as per taste
- turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tea spoon
- Sugar 5 tea spoon
- Medium size green chillies - 5-6
- Eno- 1 sachet
- Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
- Oil- 2 tea spoon
- water -3 cup

We can garnish with green coriander or can add mitti neem while tempering.
