Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread : 6
  2. Sliced Onion : 1
  3. Sliced Tomato : 1
  4. Slice Cucumber : 1
  5. Carrot : 1/2
  6. Chat masala
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. For Green chutney (Ginger, Garlic, Mint, Coriander)
  10. butter
  11. Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Butter all the bread slices.
  2. Pre - heat the tawa and place the buttered side of the bread on the tawa for 1 min and keep aside
  3. To make green chutney grind the items ginger, garlic, mint, coriander  and keep aside.
  4. Spread the green chutney on top of the bread. On one side of the slices of bread, add sliced onion, cucumber  (any veggies)  and sprinkle one to two pinch of chat masala over the each veggie as you add it.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce on top of another bread. Add tomato, carrot (any veggies)  and sprinkle one to two pinch of chat masala over the each veggie as you add it. Cover them with the other bread slices.
