Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Upma Rava 1 cup
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. Green chillies 3-4
  4. Curry leaves 8-10
  5. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  7. Ground nuts 15-20
  8. Urad dal 1tbs
  9. Chana dal 1tbs
  10. 1Carrot
  11. 1/4 cup peas
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  15. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  16. 1 lemon juice
  17. Oil 3-4 tbs
  18. Ghee 1tbs optional


  1. First roast rava with little oil or ghe e then take it out.
  2. Heat a kadai add oil then add ground nuts fry little followed by chana dal then urad dal, curry leaves mustard seeds n jeera. Let it fry till golden colour then add chopped onion saute for a minute, add green chillies n fry for a minute or till the onion get pink.
  3. Now add chopped carrot n saute then add green peas cook for a minute now add coriander leaves salt to taste, sugar, lemon juice n 2cups of water.
  4. Let it boil then add rava mix well, lumps should not form, sim the gas add ghee n keep it for dum on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
