Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2cup
  2. peas 2cup
  3. Chopped green chillies 5
  4. Red chilly 2
  5. cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  8. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Schezwan rice masala 1 teaspoon
  10. lemon juice 4 tablespoon
  11. Cashewnut 1 tablespoon
  12. raisins 1 tablespoon
  13. Chopped corriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  14. Pure ghee 1 tablespoon
  15. Refined oil 1 tablespoon
  16. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak raisins in lemon juice. Wash the poha with water and keep it in a plate and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, schezwan rice masala, lemon juice and salt and mix it well, then keep it aside for sometime meanwhile take a wok and add heat refined add cumin powder, chopped chillies, peas and salt and cover it and let it cook.
  2. Take another wok add refined oil and fry red chilly and take it out then add cashwes and fry it too and take it out. Now crackle cumin seeds and add green chillies,soaked poha, cooked peas and mix it well and add pure ghee and cover it for 5 minutes. Now add soaked raisins, cashewnut, chopped corriander and garnish it with fried red chilly, cashewnut and chopped corriander and serve hot.
