It’s a mild veggies rice with some mallu flavours in it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All pulav veggies
  2. mint leaves
  3. coriander leaves
  4. curry leaves
  5. ginger garlic paste
  6. green chillies
  7. half coconut milk
  8. basmati rice - 2 cups
  9. all spices
  10. biriyani masala
  11. Onion
  12. Tomato
  13. lemon


  1. Temper all the spices with ghee/oil
  2. Temper onion and Tomatoes
  3. Once it’s done throw in all leaves
  4. sauté with ginger garlic paste
  5. Then sauté all the veggies
  6. put 1 spoon of turmeric powder,1 spoon of biriyani masala and salt
  7. Mix it well
  8. pour two cups of coconut milk
  9. let the mixture boil there for two minutes
  10. now add rice and 2 more cups of water
  11. cover the lid and pressure cook for one whistle and simmer for five minutes
  12. now open the lid and squeeze some lemon on top
  13. garnish with fried onions
