ABOUT Carrot Garlic Chutney RECIPE

This chutney recipe is healthy, easy to make and diabetic friendly recipe you can enjoy it with chapati, parantha or khakhra.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 bowl thickly grated carrot
  2. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  4. 1 1/2 tab lemon juice
  5. 1 tsp oil
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind the garlic, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt along with 1/4 cup of water in a blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add the carrots and oil and mix well.
  3. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container at least 30 min. So that all spices combine properly and use as required.
  4. Enjoy with chapati or parantha.
