Ingredients to make Spicy Carrot chutney

  • carrot 2
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • garlic 4
  • ginger 1 inch
  • red chilli 2
  • Channa dal 2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves as required
  • oil as required

How to make Spicy Carrot chutney

  1. In pan heat oil add channa Dal,onion saute it well.
  2. Add red chilli,tomato,garlic,ginger,grated carrot.
  3. Cook for 10 min.
  4. After grind it.
  5. For seasoning:: In pan heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal,Curry leaves,red chilli
  6. Spicy carrot chutney is ready
