Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Multigrain atta 1 & 1/2cup
  2. Finely chopped Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cu
  3. Paste of 3 green chilly, 10 cloves garlic
  4. Sugar powder 2 tbsp
  5. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Asoafotida (Hing) 1/4 Tsp
  8. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  9. oil 2 tbsp
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Water as per required
  12. Oil for making Thepla


  1. In a mixing bowl add the flour, all the spices, oil, add fenugreek leaves, add Curd,
  2. Make a soft dough with required water. Keep aside 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Make a medium size ball.
  4. Take a medium size ball and sprinkle some flour in it.
  5. Roll the thepla.
  6. On a hot tawa place the thepla. Spread oil flip thepla again spread oil on it.
  7. You get golden spots and methi thepla is cooked evenly.
  8. Serve with cucumber ramta and fried green chilly.
