ABOUT Fried idli RECIPE

When your leftover idli used as a perfect Breakfast , enjoy with coconut chutney . It is a quick fried snacks also

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Green capsicum chopped - 1
  2. Green chillies - 3
  3. Chopped onions - 1
  4. Rai - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Oil/ refiend oil
  6. Curry leaves - 8-9
  7. Salt as required
  8. White pepper - sprinkle
  9. Leftover idlis

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil add curry leaves Rai , and green chillies and onion satue it and add capsicum chopped toss it by adding idlis cut in to pieces . Toss by adding salt and pepper powder.
  2. Enjoy with chutney
