Its good for health.and give more energy..here am adding little millets.its strengthn the bones.good for childrens too.(above age 10yr kid)

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw Rice 3 tsp
  2. Wheat 3 tsp
  3. Bajra 2 tsp
  4. Bengal gram 3 tsp
  5. Green gram 2 tsp
  6. Cashew 1 tsp
  7. Almond 1 tsp
  8. Dried ginger 1 tsp
  9. Ragi 3 tsp
  10. cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. For powder::: Wash and dry the ingredients.fry all the ingredients separately.grind it and fliter.
  2. Put it in air tight container
  3. Kanji::: In pan add 1 cup of water and add 2 or 3 tsp of this health powder.you can add milk as option
  4. Add sugar or salt as per your taste
